Alright, This thing was running then it just quit. It has no spark. I have replaced crank position sensor, ing control module and ecm. All I know now is the ICM is not recieving a 12v signal. I went through the harness again checking grounds and even ran them to the neg batt terminal. Please help.....

I had this happen once it was the wires to the crank position sensor. I would run two new ones or test them to make sure they are not broke in the middle somewhere.

What is an ICM? ECM? Crank Position Sensor? .... These all sound expensive and difficult to troubleshoot...

Oh.  that is a Water Cooled engine..   I thought you never have to work on them...

Just having fun..

I will check those wire out. Where does the ICM get it's 12v from? ECM. And can I give it a direct 12v or will that burn it up.

I checked the wires from the CPS to the ecm. Also checked the wires from the ICM to the Ecm found no breaks or damage to them. All the conections seem to be in god condition. Anything else?

What spark plugs are you running? I have read that after market plugs will fry components.

Oil and fuel pressure readings at the ecm?
