Why doesn't any one run a newer turbo VW motor like a 1.8T or a 2.0T? Was thinking bout buyin one o passat's bell housings but he thought maybe the motor would sit half cocked or some thing? Just wondering why I haven't heard of any one using newer VW power? |

Run a vw 1800 turbo 150 HP and who cares the angle. Just keep an extra quart of oil in it. |

Perhaps they are not being used for the same reason the 1600DP was originally used, cost and availability? |
