Well I have been thinking about taking the plunge and going watercooled. I found a Saturn 1.9 dohc complete car I can get cheap. I know I need an adapter kit, the donor car should have everything else I need wiring harness radiator. My question is does anyone run this engine that can tell me any problems I may run into. |

Phil's Bug Shack put mine in. He is in Grayson KY(606) 474-2889. He has done several and can make you the adaptor plate and answer any questions you might have. No huge problems that I remember. This is my only buggy so I am very happy with the motor. Some people state that it doesn't have enough get up and go for them. There were some topics on this awhile back so you might try a search. I have talked to Phil (nice guy) he has a couple of adapters made. He says it's a pretty simple hookup. Do you have a wiring diagram for the harness. |
