isnt it amazing how when people owe you money , they forget your alive. i have several people that owe me money, for varying amounts and it seems that they always have money to party or do things , instead of paying back the people who helped them out when they didnt. --- I'm just curious if anybody else seems to have this problem , or am i just to easy going.

i was planning on going to d & k this weekend, and asked a few people who owe me money to pay back all or part of what they owe me. -- Guess what - they either didnt or just refuse to even call me. But they have money to do what they want to -- it just ticks me off that people are like that. A lesson lived is a lesson learned --- from here on out, its strictly cash up front - no credit!!!! , and no more loaning money -- I guess it took me 37 years to learn it!

That is no good......Anybody can get into a bind and need help......Crap happens. I figure, though, if somebody gives you a gift, thank them, if they offer you a loan, pay it back, when you say you will......Otherwise, the next time you get into a bind, that helping hand will probably be withdrawn......

I hate that your in this position like this. Been there several times myself, now if you aren't on my list that I can call at 2am for help and vie versa. I don't lend money out. I do have to say that with my son being missing with his mom, I needed $2000 ASAP, called my friends up and one of them didn't even hesitate to give me that much money. He knows that I will have him paid back by August if at all possible in full or almost in full.
Hope you can get YOUR money from those people soon.

I lend money to anyone that asks but tell me when your going to pay me back tomarrow a week a year but stick to it and then the next time you dont have to worry because i trust you when you say you will pay me back

Very true!!! I used to play poker a lot, and became friends with lots of other poker players and many times they would go busted and ask for $100.00 to get home on, I would loan the money and they would buy back in the game, or you would not see them for weeks or I would see them at the poker game the next week and they would say I am still busted. So now if someone asks, I think it through before I say yes or no.
