Then a few months later the Honda guys built a new car to try and hang w/ him. I only saw one round of the rematch, but it was neck and neck.
Show is kinda cool, but the host is a 'tard.

Not a better bunch of guys anywhere.
It hit the wall because the tranny had a spool in it and he had broken an axle the previous round and didn't know it.
After the show was over, each respective team raffled off their car with the proceeds going to charity.
The VW guys and shops raised over $30,000...........
