and yes lbl is a great place to ride the hills are from mild to wild me and my buddies used to go every memorial day for about 9 or 10 year straight and maybe 1 or 2 other times throughout the year but hadnt been since 05 but i do plan on going again

Wellsville would be a great place. As long as it is a true off-road park. We need names of who to contact so to work out the details with the owners of the park. Send the info to Firebuggy so we can get the ball rolling.

do the hillclimbs have to be at parks or can it be at a place where people ride thats not parks

Yes, and to find the land owner's name so we can be sure he/she has insurance and has signed the waiver giving us permission to be there, in case someone gets hurt or worse and decides to sue WB.com and/or the people who organize the event.
Also , will EMT be able to sit there all day with an ambulance nearby?? If these requirements can be met, it would be an awesome place to have a competition from what I've heard !!

i hope this works out for lbl. My group will all be there.

I have some buddies that will be over on March 27th weekend. I told my dad and uncle to go ride also.

I think LBL will be hard to do. they want us to provice liability insurance. We need to operate under their Waiver. We don't have the money to provide insurance. Any other pay to ride parks in that area?

i was afraid something like this would come up but i sure was hoping it would be a go ( allready started hunting my old phone numbers for the motels just in case ) because i enjoy riding lbl more than anywhere ive ever been ... so far

Instead of a hill climb event, We could have a Woods buggy picnic. The local Yamaha dealers use to put one on every year. There are plenty hills to climb, it will just be for entertainment instead of competition. Just a thought.

If you are going to do that, do a Poker Run or something.

or a scavenger hunt might be fun maybe once a year and i think we could get away with a poker run or scavenger hunt at any of the parks as it would more or less just be like a club ride or get together meet and greet style deal instead of a competition.....lbl would be great for something like this

also the scavenger hunt or poker run would eliminate some of the equipment and driver skill issues so in turn ther could possibly be a lot more entrants and therefore make the "pot" a lot bigger
