I am not sure what I am going to do this year. Last year, a lot of people worked their butts off (Jesse, Joe, Larry, Scott, Tim, Terry, Mike and I am sure I am missing others) to put together several hill climb events. Unfortunately, there is only a small group of people that feel it is worth attending or participating. Everyone that helped, spent LOTS and LOTS of time and money to put on the events and I am not sure the turn out was worth the work or cost. If someone is interested in helping me run the events, I would be glad to consider something this year. If Black Mountain wants to do a hill climb, I may attend and I do not mind lending them my timers so long as someone I know will take responsibility for them. |
