I'm trying to make it but would just watch. I have see some talk on fb but still have not see anyone but buggy guys say they are going?

Does anyone know who is setting it up or picking the hill. However picks the hill will pick who wins.

I talked to Stephen the guy thats putting it on last night, it seems there is going to be 3 hills , one for sxs , buggys, and rock bouncers then take the top guys and run a bounty hill at the end. Dont hold me to it cause it may change. But sounds like alot of fun, we plan on being there

I'm helping Stephen put this hill climb on all the details isn't worked out yet. But yeah a minimum of $1500 will be paid out and depending on how many participate in the hill climb will depend on the payout. And a plan is to have different hills so it's fair for everybody and like helmet guy said at the end results a bounty hill. I'm still trying to get a few volunteers to help cut the hills and put in some friendly advice on how they want things ran..

We had a great time!!!! Andy is a real nice guy and did a huge amount of work to put it on. We had some good hills to race on and some we couldn't climb!! He is planning on some more so it should only get bigger and better. I'll post some videos on another thread

Well at least I gave it a shot on that big ass, steep, last step was a doosey, hill!

Who went to run but backed out?

There was a good 30 or so buggy dudes there!

Had to be 100 or so sxs there!

At the drivers meeting there were 4 buggies, one dude had to back out with clutch issues.

The "ONE" sxs was the first one up and made it all the way. Then the buggies made it....My friends in the spectator area said a bunch of people started talking that maybe it wasn't as hard as it looked!

Of coarse I'm not an expert at this hill climbing stuff, but I thought they done a good job cutting a competitive hill for all 3 classes. If RUSH wasn't the following weekend, I think they might have been a better turn out. This was there first event, they did say they would have more.

Didn't crash, didn't break, It's all good!

Jeff,

Watching the videos never gives a hill justice. You did an awesome job and I would agree, the hill looked fair for everyone.

Hopefully, we will be able to coordinate these events a little better next year and not have back to back events.
