Would love to come nut my little girls 1st b day is that weekend. I sure wish I had known there was no hill climb series this year. I could have saved myself a lot of time and a back injury for sure. I hope someone will step up and take the bama event over. I've just got burnt out and don't have the extra time to put forth anymore.

I have been going since 1992 It has changed but is still a good place to ride . From my observation I would bet there are more guys that drink while they are there than guys that dont !

i have been going there for 6 yrs and never seen anybody get busted for anything. there is drinking going on all over the place. as long as you dont speed and act stupid driving up front and hold your beer or apple pie up for everybody to see you will never have a problem. they never mess with anybody back on the trails and unless your harrasing people at your camp they will not mess with you there. you have to really be acting stupid to get in any trouble there. dont not come because of things you mite have heard...gove it a chance and you will be glad you did. turkey bay is a great place to ride. darrell you need to come and share some of that apple pie.

I didnt post what I did to breakup the ride, I simply stated the facts about night riding and there alcohol policy. We go there alot and wr drink but l just wanted people that had'nt been there to know the rules. Its not a holiday weekend so

Well you get our ass out there and do it:shock::shock::shock: It does take a lot of time and Money to makes these events happen and it don't get reimbursed. Hell I haven't worked a 40 hour work week since before Christmas and struggle just to make ends meet. That was the last thing I needed to spend money on. I'm sure someone will take over and not bat an eye.

those of you that are talking about going to windrock should give turkey bay a try that weekend. i have been to both places and like windrock just fine but they are more strict then turkey bay and it cost alot more to ride and camp. turkey bay has over 100 miles of trails mild to wild and good hills to play on and you can camp rite on the lake. drinking rule is the same but turkey bay leaves you alone unless you act a fool. i do wish you all would come and give it a chance. you will be glad you did. if you are coming chime in.
