There is no "Hill Climb Series" this year. However, several parks have agreed to host Hill Climbs.

Qualifying
Each competitor will draw a number to determine the order for qualifying. Each competitor will complete 2 qualifying runs for their respective class.

Based on the final qualifying times, BUGGIES will be divided into 3 classes :
45% of the buggies will be in the 'Buggy A Class'
35% of the buggies will be in the 'Buggy B Class'
20% of the buggies will be in the 'Buggy C Class'

Qualifying time will determine the race order... slowest to fastest... slowest time will run first.

Scoring and Payout for Hill Climb Events

All Classes will complete 2 Qualifying runs and 2 Official Race runs.
** If Qualifying takes longer than planned, competitors may only get 1 Qualifying run.
** If Qualifying takes longer than planned, competitors may only get 1 Race run.
Winner of Class A will be determined by the Best Race Time.
Winner of Class B and Class C will be determined by AVERAGING the best Qualifying time and the best Race time

Total Payout” for each class will consist of 75% of entry fees for the respective class

1st Place - 35% of the total payout
2nd Place - 25% of the total payout
3rd Place - 15% of the total payout

Championship Points
THERE WILL BE NO CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS OR CHAMPIONSHIP PAYOUT

Just too much going on this year... We are rebuilding the site, setting up the governance for the site, putting together an online store, creating formal sponsor packages, incorporating woodsbuggy.com and a few other things..

There will still be hill climbs this year, they just do roll up to an overall series. Next year we will put together an official series with championship points.
