Hey guys I just wanted to pass the word along. We are having a fundraiser for a wounded marine named Chad Ohmer at the pits this coming weekend, September 21-23.
From what I understand Chad was hit by an IED overseas a few months ago, over Memorial Day weeked actually. He is undergoing rehab at Walter Reed Medical Center. He and his wife recently had their first child this past August. He has undergone numerous surgeries to save his legs in hopes of being able to walk again.
Friday: Corn Hole, Silent Auction, DJ, etc
Saturday: Flat Drags
Sunday: Endurance Race (We would love to see a railbuggy showing at the race. We have added a railbuggy class.)
