I blew 2 out so far but never hurt the cvs. I dont understand why there goin out. I wish it had a side shift trans but its a stock six rib. My buggy weighs in a little heavy but not sure of exact weight. I hear some of the sides have super diffs as stock equiptment. Its just a stock 2.2 suby also.

Steve, if you can find a mid-shifter that has a "ACW" as part of the serial number on the bottom of the tranny, they come with a superdiff stock and it will work on your tranny. Did you break your tranny this past weekend?

Thats my problem, Iwasnt beating on it just cruising up a hill hit a rock ledge with the right tire and snap. The last one I did a donut in gravel and snaped it. Thats the diff im looing for but I'm layed off right now so my finds are low. Maybe I can sell one of my other 6ribs to buy it. Ive also heard of guys buying the whole trans for 350 to 400, that would be awsome. I'd throw the whole trans in.

i wondered about modifying a stock diff to accept two more spiders.... have to be pretty damn precise, and some extra material would definately need to b e added.

Not a bad price at all. Let me see which way I'm going to go, thanks.
