I just read that it has allen heads screws.
This is what the set screw should look like for the wire.

Between my shifting rod and my nose cone, the coupling keeps loosening up. There are currently 2 little allan screws (one on top and one on bottom) that hold the coupling in place. Is there a good way to keep these screws from loosening up? I was thinking about drilling a hole through the nose cone shift rod and replacing the little allan screws with a nut and bolt. Your thoughts? Thanks |

There should be a small hole in the set screws. Take a piece of wire and go through the small holes and around the shit rod and twist tight. |

Drilling a hole through is exactly what i did. Now i have a 5/16 nut and bolt and its GREAT!
