Does anyone know how much pressure a cnc hydraulic clutch pedal with a 3/4 bore puts out? I'm running the small car bellhouseing on my subaru swap and I've blown the hydraulic throw out bearing out. I'm trying to figure out how much pressure the factory hydraulic vanagon clutch pedal puts out and what the cnc puts out. I'm wondering if the cnc is putting out a lot more pressure then the stock setup and this throw out bearing can not handle it. Thanks for any info on this. Scott |

Pressure is dependant on resistance Scott. More resistance the higher it can be. Is the TOB bottoming out or max stroking? If so you may have to put a pedal stop on the clutch. It shouldn't make any more pressure than is required to release the pressure plate. |

I figured it out today, the hole in the centter of the fingers on the pressure plate was to big and the TOB was over extending. Thanks for the reply Gary. |
