I would like to ask if anyone knows a tranny builder anywhere near Florida, (excluding Fisher Buggies). I have a bus tranny (091) that second gear just went out. I have a spare, but I would prefer to just have this one gone through and rebuilt. I am in central Florida, but Jacksonville isn't too far to travel. thanx

I know there is a group of guys that ride together down there n they bring trannies to Chuck Jones ever so often. I could find out who it is and see when they are coming up next , if you'd like. Maybe they could carry yours up, too.

Also with the large number of folks from up here that come down there to vacation, it shouldnt be hard to get a tranny brought up here and back down thru the Woodsbuggy.com Grapevine".

welp, so far...

i've been looking at what it cost to ship a core back to ariz and cailifornia,
then with shipping back to florida.

thatz why i was wanting to know if there is anyone here on the east coast.

i'd be pleased to find someone here on the east coast that does tranny's and
not have to deal with the expense of shipping to the west coast.

there is a possible benifit to dealing with the west coast crowd, they offer
a warranty for a coupla yrs.

thanx,

mugg
