Got the buggy started this morning after not running it for about 2 months and now it wont shift into any gears. Im guessing the trans is locked up, but any ideas of how to get it unstuck with out taking it apart? Thanks!

Does it lurch forward if you try to start it in gear with the clutch pedal down?
If so the clutch disc is rusted to the flywheel.
That will not let it disengage and shift.

I remember having this problem in the past, Remove the filler allen screw on the side of the tranny and use a screwdriver and gently slide the closest gear one way or the other then see if you can shift it. I think it has somthing to do with being in two gears @ the same time.
