Geez! When I had my second gear tranny built, if I rember right it was gonna be well over $300 more for third n fourth gear, thats why I left them stock. Might be time to take it back out, I kinda regretted cheaping out on them, especially since I use third way more than I thought I would.

Whaddya mean... "people still own scanners?" I just figured out how to use one.

I just bought 1 st and 2nd from drews and it was 700. Bought new small reverse gear and used big reverse for $150 also. My buddy just blew reverse out last weekend, called weddle to price both reverse gears, chomolly nut,and thrust plate shipped to his house for $170. Heck of a deal.

I just talked to Steve at Weddle,, he says be careful with prices because the new catalogue brakes the gears down into 2 parts ,,,which combined is the same price as the old catalogue,,,for me a new 236/311 mainshaft and 1.58 third is a little over a grand.

I am a dealer with Weddle and prices have NOT come down. There was some re-structuring, and breaking down parts like Firebug has said, but the prices are the same (at least for mainshafts and gears- other parts, I have not checked.)

ALOT!! j/k but it is enough that I wouldn't worry about the cost of shipping :P What r&p are you lookin at? new or used? I think a 4:56 can range from $400-$1200. Give 'em a call, they are always SUPRISINGLY helpful. They give you all the info you want and then some. (805)562-8600

I will give them a call tomorrow. If anyone here can help me out I would rather keep the business to the members of this site.
