arent these like the stick o matics? i wanna know if i switch from a 3 rib to a automatic if i would be better off. or if i would be on a downfall? i have a 1641.

Yes, I think you are talking about the same thing. But , I dont think you could run an auto stick BY ITSELF or in stock form in the woods with much success for very long. I know one way of using them is to mate them to a 3, 5 or 6 rib, which takes a lot of custom machine work, or an adapter that is hard to find ( and it still takes some machining, I think). And its best to have the internal clutch of the stickomatic modified. Buggy66 knows all about doing this. He can tell you all about it.

ny easier way of putting a automatic trans in with low cost?
