Tore the trany apart today to fix reverse, not a big deal. The reverse that was in it was beefier than the one that I got to go back in it so I hope I don't bust it out first thing. Anyways was looking at the R&P and counted it up to see what the ratio was for sure. Well I am stumped from what I thought I knew how to figure it out. The small gear has 8 teeth, the large ring has 42 teeth. So you divide 8 into 42 and get 5.25. Am I right or wrong in this?

Never heard of a 5.25 before. (Just showing how little I really know!!)
