Is there an automatic transmission (preferably a GM) that will be suitable to use with an ECO-TECH ? This will be used for trail riding .

Would the one from the donor car work with fabbed A-arms ?

What is the stumbling block that keeps people away from automatics . Eventually the bus tranny's will be gone . It would be great to have more options .

I would say the biggest hurtle is the gearing. Its hard to find a tranny the can be modified for lower gears. Theres a guy in Australia that is making gears for Subaru autos so we can use those trannys

hmmm ... hmmmmm.......hmmm. P...............a..............s..............s..........a..........t...BOOM! no more bus! Turn the 5 speed into 5 low gears. Better yet try a echo motor and automatic trans! . Got some extra grippy 37's on it this week. Cedric says ekra criwpy when he pulls up to the KFC window. lol
