This is my skid plate. I don't even know how long its been on there. You can see the rib marks so you know it's been doing something. It's even custom formed to my crushed stinger. If you don't have one I'd suggest putting one on. Seeing the abuse the skid plate took imagine what your trans would look like without one. Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App

Oh yea its a must to run one was riding with a guy a few years back with a 2000 pluss buck trans and first hill in the woods rock busted the case wide open |

Those signs just are not as strong as you need for a skid plate, You need something a little thicker ] |
