i dont know much when it comes to building a trans but if this keeps going on maybe something is not in line right or shimmed correctly or something along them lines

Lay off the cut brakes til ya get a German 4 diff. And if ya have enough power and ya keep on cut braking doing donuts, your case will crack. Who said that? I said that. Been there , done that several times. lol

Someone must have fetched a container full of them over there not long back because I know there's a guy building a Honda powered sand racer over there with one in. The nose is a little longer than the VW but otherwise it pretty much slides in. If you have a long arse on your buggy the long nose won't be an issue, if it is, hook it over the top of the beam.

i do use cutting breaks a good bit never thought that would be a problem and if i get the diffs with the 4 spider gears everything will be better and is there any one that sells a complete diff bolt in ready cause as you can see the only thing that looks good is the ring gear i dont want a tempoary fix looking for the permanet one

just a reminder. U can't use a cut brake if you have a solid diff.
