I'd bet $85 to $100, it will weigh over 100lbs. after you box it.
A cheap walmart plastic tote storage container works good with lots of tape.

I mailed a 091 for $85 through FedEx. I spent a ton trying to package it up. I used a RubberMade tote plus a bunch of padding. I do not know what happened in transit but the container broke and the nose cone was busted off. I recommend just paying FedEx to package it so it is full insured if something happens.
