have a 4.83 vanagon midshift.. hooked up my shifter and linkage today and everything works great but i have an issue  it seems to be spring loaded in the trans and pushes the shifter over to 3rd and 4th gear  and makes it a pain in the ass the catch 1st, 2nd and reverse.. is there a fix for this??

3 little bolts where the reverse light switch is and take the spring out. |
