I have two scat drag fast shifters... One needs a boot so I orderd one only to find out when I got it that I can't tell how to replace it.... Anyone ever do this? If not I will just start pulling things off till I figure it out this week. I may clean it up and sell it... I have to many parts sitting that I need to sell so I can get things needed to complete my buggy.....

Let me know... Otherwise I will fool with it this weekend.

This turned out to be really easy if you guys ever decide to do this... My boot was just a little dry is all... so I decided to replace it... All you do is unscrew the t-handle by turning the trigger rod and then unscrew the Scat shift knob... slip off the boot and then replace and reverse... like 5 min. worth of work.
