How many guys are really having problems with trannies filled with wedle gears? I only know of two and they were both big engines and heavy buggies.

I can say I had problems with one.
But it was probably from the 200 donuts and the 200 7000 rpm launches but the gears and weddle r&p held up just cracked the case. But I was also running a s/c ecotec but have Eric putting it all in a new case.

I think some of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.....Some things should be sent in PMs. Come on people, we all share a simular passion. I beleive that the guys answer could have been answerd with a name. He didn't ask for names with opinions. DRAMA<DRAMA>DRAMA

The guy said NEAR LOUISVILLE. So I was trying to let him know I can take it to Chuck for him (so he has to only drive to my house or work). I would guess he has no clue who Chuck is, so I was trying to give him reference to his reputation so he would have confidence in choosing Chuck IF HE WANTED TO. I was just tryin to help this guy out.

All i was saying is that you have to be careful what you write....Its not what you intended for everyone to get out of it, its the way that every individual interprets it. No harm intended, i would just like to see positive post and negitive comments sent in a PM. I think all the builders mentioned above are great and i would personally favor Chuck Jones.

what you may consider negative i see as productive. maybe drews will see what i have written and people other than brian himself will step up enough that i will have no reason to complain or hear complaints. but if he asks for a guy and i have something negative about a possibility then the least i can do is express it so he has all the sides in it. now maybe i am outnumbered but i know that 3 people who have posted on this thread alone are some the ones i was speaking about. if you look at the cincinnati craigslist post of mine on here there is proof drews can do AWESOME work. but i know brian himself had alot to do with that rail and didnt have a lot to do with what caused probs for other people. he fixed those problems but they shouldnt have occurred to begin with.

I personally would like to know both sides myself, good and the bad.if you have info that can help me decide one way or the other then post it.if you are in business and you deal with the public, then you will have the publics opinion.I don't think anybody was bashing him personally, but if he has people working for him that's not doing a good job then it falls on his business.it's like a chain, you are only as good as your weakest link, and it sounds like he needs to get some better links.maybe he will read this and know that he's got to make some changes and it will only make his shop better.if your gonna provide a service then you should always have your big girl panties on be willing to listen to what people have to say.might be the best guy in the world, and seemed like he was.but in the end it's his name on the door that catches the crap.I'm sure chuck does all of his work as does Eric,if Brian has incompetent people trying to build stuff that does not know what there doing then he needs to hear this, other wise it will never change.and I personally do not want to pay somebody to learn while they work on my stuff,it's either they can or they can't when your professionally providing a service form your business.the buddy system only gets you by so far til you finally only have buddy's to work for,and if you can be satisfied with that and pay your bills then good luck.take the criticism and strive for excellence.IMO.and I'm not bashing just saying.Chad

x2.... i dont even know who all it coulda been there or if maybe they got the boot within the last 6 months... everyone i know went to aaron creech instead over the last year other than for parts. i can tell you this though they wont go anywhere else.. i wont even go so far as incompetent... maybe they are too pushed production wise and every one i ride with are the only ones who ever got the short stick. i do know thats one reason they never had motors built there. too much of a chance to take with that money because other issues they all had. if the guy didnt do good work at some point he wouldnt be in business. trust me i dont know jack about buggies as i have only had mine a little over a year.all i know is from all the hours of research and word of mouth from those i know. every one f's up sometimes. but word of mouth about your work makes you or breaks you

huh well you would have been the one asking if we wanted you to take it easy on the trails since we had the little 1915's,,, and that guy said drews had just gone thru his motor and added fuel injection for him.... unless you had been smokin too much greenery and confused 8 yrs and last winter.
