Somewhere, I have seen it. Might look at buggy builds and do a search. Big Scotts Suby might have it too.

Willie at Southern Buggies has made one that is less expensive and less parts. Give him a call.

I have also seen that Weddle makes them but you will need to call them. They do not have it listed anywhere.
