the mount on my torsion was bent bad so im replaceing it and wondering if there is anything i should know before welding it up ! thanks jason ![]()

That's not blood in that pic is it,you might need a band-aid,lol.now might be the time to add an adjustable torsion in it.or if you wanted to tilt your tranny like a lot of these guys do.Chad |

Bolt your plate to the trans and then install it and tack weld plate. That way you know exactly were it goes |

yep , good eye chad the buggy made me bleed my own blood thanks ody thats exactly what i was thinking but wanted to make sure you guys are not clocking it or something for more engine clearence . |

Well I did drop the front of mine to get clearence for the Subie motor.. Also if you deside to use a mid shift Vanagon trans in the future it will not fit without relocating the mount close to the torsion. |
