Ok, here is what I have and what I am leaning towards going to. Any and all info/advice is appreciated. The key here is "least expensive but will still work".

I have bus rear suspension, wide 5 drums, shot buggy cylinder as is all the lines and wheel cylinders.

Looking at going to: '86 S10 blazer rotors (10.5" OD, 2.054" OAH, and ID of 6.53") @ $28.99 each, S10 front calipers @ $24.99 each, and the mastercylinder as well. Plans are to machine the drum surface off, use a dial indexing plate to index the holes for the rotor to mount on the back side of the turned-down drum, then use the backing plate mount tabs for an adapter plate to mount the calipers on. Sound do-able?

Had looked at the '98 or so jeep front rotor, was a little bit bigger and taller. 11.02" OD, 3.095" OAH, and 6.89" ID.

OAH---Over All Height
