I want get the right size bores, is bigger better?

For the rear brakes, bigger seems to work better. More line pressure with less foot pressure. 7/8 bore

For the clutch , smaller bore works better. Dont know why, but clutch is WAY easier to push wth 5/8 bore than 3/4.
My wife was uncomfortable pushing the clutch on her buggy with a 3/4 MC on a stage 3 p.p. Switched to 5/8, and no problem.

Front brakes, dont know. I've always had a 3/4 bore. Seems to work fine with my Strange Eng. calipers (Just like Wilwoods single pistons). Takes a little pressure, but not bad. Bigger might be easier.

Master cylinder sizing is based on the amount of fluid that has to be moved in the wheel cylinders, disk brake calipers or a clutch slave. Wheel cylinders and clutch slaves have a smaller bore and move less fluid therefore a smaller master tends to work best. If the master is to move front and rear wheel cylinders then a larger bore is required. A set of rear disks work best with a larger master because they have more fluid to move. Rule of thumb is larger masters require more foot pressure and have a harder pedal. Small masters require less foot pressure and tend to have a softer pedal.

Exactly smaller more pressure. we have tested all kinds ,ask my buddy NCbuggy he will tell you our buddy Busby has tried 2 or 3 things a weekend HA HA HA
