I used one of those vacum pumper things an had no trouble at all. No bench bleedin with higher mounted steering brake too, go figure. All my plumbing is jic-4 steel with braided stainless teflon hoses just short flex lines. I got a real stiff pedal right off to.

I have a question. Do you fill the pump sprayer up with brake fluid or are you just using the air for more presure? I have an extra sprayer and want to make one, but I couldn't get the link to it to work. Thanks for any help.

You have to put fluid in it. I'd at least fill the sprayer half full. Shouldnt need to run that much thru, but it pressurizes better, w/ less pumps. You are going to push the fluid thru the system. Put hoses on your bleeders to catch the fluid once it starts running out fresh looking and just pour it back into bleeder when done.

Probably because they are jealous....you wouldnt understand, its a Jeep thing.

Most Jeep guys I been around that dont know buggies think they suck because of no 4WD. They dont think a buggy can go until you show them. I just LOVE to show 'em!!!!

My Dad drives a CJ7 and he just giggles when Jeep people say.."You gotta have 4WD to go up that!" He knows better.

Watch them waller around on some baby hill for 10 minutes, then buzz up right next to them, stop and ask whats wrong, then go on up, holding a beer the whole time!

Hillznhollerz is the perfect place for that. Aint nothin in there that a 1600cc 3 rib buggy wont make, but the Jeep guys really think they are doing stuff!
