So this weekend I broke my king pin. I was wondering what everyone's opinion is on what I should do. I have drop spindles but I was wondering if I should just repair them with a new kingpin or replace it all (spindle, kingpin, knuckle) so this won't happen again. Now if I replace it I'll go with non dropped kit due to the fact that my set is bowed out. |

I would just replace the pin unless you want to spend some $$. how much of a drop/lift do your spindles have? is this the first time you have broke a pin? |

Not to sure and yes first time I have broke one. A friend of mine found me some king pins and bushings for free so I'm going to try and replace them |

if you press new bushings in, you will have to ream them. if the new pin isn't too sloppy, leave the bushings alone. |
