the new craze is the electric power steering, half of our crew should have it done by riding season. you need the steering column out of a Saturn vue and this little knob thingy off ebay. really not that hard to do. heres the link to the ebay control you need. and it tells you what year car to get the steering stuff from.http://www.ebay.com/itm/171027023129

drews off road is where we get them. they cut them to length you specify and thread each end for whatever ends your running. hey buggy buddy we had scott and cricket up here with us this weekend out for dinner and drinks.

Thanks Dave that will make it easier. I'm thinking about doing rack and pinion get rid of the old gear box, I see that the tie rods have hiem joints at the rack and pinion are you also using them near the wheels

First time posting on your forum. check out www.epowersteering.com. I have helped many from the DIY kind to full blown installations.

I would like to make 1 comment from the various pictures I have seen here. You should serious think about removing the ECU from the EPS. The way it is mounted a couple of drops of water can ruin your day. The ECU is not sealed around the edges and water can pool in the metal cover and short out the ECU. Don't just add sealant, the ECU will over heat.

Feel free to PM me.
