Post subject:  Brake bleeding

I've been stuck with my buggy for days now I put new master cylinder on it new wheel cylinders and shoes I got great pedal when using brake pedal but can't seem to get the air out of my cutter I have no leaks but been bleeding and bleeding and keeps getting air from cutter it is a old ass ja mar cutter what is the problem am I missing something. I even put in the check valve inline

Is your cutters setting at an angle and alot higher than the rest of your brakes. Park it on hill and get the calipers higher than your cutters and try bleeding them.

pump the foot pedal and hold it down,and then pump the cutting brake for the side you are going to bleed and then also hold that, then open the bleeder. if you dont hold down both the cutter and the pedal, the air will go back and forth between the master and the cutter....also good idea to have master cylinder higher than cutter....jack it up or hang front end with cum along from rafter or tree branch
