I know this has been discussed multiple times but here we go again

On my wife's buggy the foot brake and the drivers side cutter work fine but no matter what I do I cant get the right side cutter to work as well . Its not even consistent . One time it will work so so some times it will act like it isnt even hooked up . hit the brake pedal and it will half ass work for the day and then with no warning act like its not hooked to any thing again . I have bled it until I am blue in the face ! I replaced the piston on that side, swapped the rotors to make sure it wasnt bent pushing the pads away and still acts the same . the other side has worked flawless and the foot brake will lock them both down with minimal effort . This has been from day one

Anybody that has a fix for this ?

Residual pressure valve helps. I use to have the same issue until I took my floor pans to Line-x to be sprayed. I run Stainless Steel braided lines so I laid the cutter on its side and set the master cylinder in my seat apparently there was trapped air in the cutter and it made its way up to the master that was 6" higher. I have on previous buggies parked the buggy with the front wheels on the trailer and rears on the ground and then just cracked the bleeders and let gravity work. I would bet you have some air and a slightly bent stub axle that is pushing the pads back.

Have you ever swapped the left and right brake lines on the handle. This would let you know if it is a brake/rotor issue or an cutting brake issue.
- If you swap the lines on the cutting brake and the problems moves to the other wheel, you have something wrong with the handle.
- If you swap the lines on the cutting brake and the problem does not move the other wheel, you have something wrong with the Caliper/rotor or brake line.

I have not swapped the lines . what baffles me is how it will work for a while then just quit working then start back working . I have had several cnc cutters but I have never had one act like this one .

I was having some problems with my front brakes last time I went riding.. I would push hard but they would not stop. After some VERY close inspection, I found one of the steel brake lines had a kink in it and the fluid was getting blocked. Maybe there is a hose getting kinked or bound up while you are riding.

put a 1 inch wilwood master cylinder on it if it dont have that and will solve your problem they are like 50 bucks
