i have a brake hanging up. stock pedals cnc cutters, brakes hang up until you crack the line loose or just wait and it stars to loosen after 5 or 10 minutes I am going to replace master cyl but I already had a bleeder break and a line is dry rotted so I need to figure out what these are. thanks for help also what stock master cyl has one top port for a reservoir? thanks guys |

Sounds like a caliper piston hanging from some corrosion between the piston and bore |

It is likely just the dry rotted rubber line that is causing the problem. When they get old they collapse and restrict the flow of fluid. The reason your brake hangs is because it take a few minutes for the fluid to release the brakes due to the bad rubber hose. Again, this is the same reason that craking the bleader/hose releives the pressure. |

Thanks. I figured new hoses and calipers, I just have to figure out what caliper I have. Looking at AutoZone website they aren't the Nissan Sentra caliper that is popular. Might have to go to a parts store and do some searching. |
