hey guys i have a question how do you get the cnc's dual cutters apart ? does the tops screw off or do they tap off. i have removed the allen screws, tried to unscrew and tap off tops but no luck and i don't want to tear anything up. and i have also done searches on this with no luck!
so your help would be appreciated....
you know it looks like these rebuild kits would come with at least basic instructions!!! :o

well i figured it out.
mine has a set screw that once you remove it then you slide a flat tip screw driver down beside the plunger rod, and turn this collar is thread and will back out.
once that happens you can us some air to blow the plunger up out of the tube, once that was done i removed the spring and replace the rubber end and used new plunger. reassembled and poured some break fluid in them and taped off all holes, now just waiting for the rain to quit so i can install it on the buggy. may be a day or two according to the weather. so now for a nap!!! LOL!!!
thanks BuggyGuy81 for your mentioning the use of air to blow the plungers out!!!
