 Post subject: rebuild kit for bugpack

Where can I get a rebuild kit for a bugpack single arm cutter?
Ive looked everywhere it seems

Might compare it to a Jamar. It seems like I read somewhere that they were basically the same. I'm pretty sure the Bugpack kits are discontinued now.

It might be easier to just buy a new cutting brake. They aren't terribly expensive and then you will easily find parts for it.

Best of luck and check the bore if it is pitted at all junk it and elect for a cnc.

haha, Yea im gonna try to find a cnc cutter but I doubt i can afford one.

It should be less than $120.00. I think I paid $95.00 for mine about 4 years ago.

Have you taken it apart yet? If it just needs a new cup seal you can get one at NAPA, should be the same seal used in wheel cylinders.

I took it apart and the first o ring was wore flat so I tried to find one and couldnt so I took a bit larger seal and cut it at a angle and glued it together seems to kinda work it doesnt leak out of the front anymore I just have to bleed it out I still want a different set.
