If you will remove 1 mounting bolt from that caliper, block the pads, and swing it up so the bleeder is pointing straight up, I think you'll find the air.

exactly,,,also might try taking a c-clamp or a pair of them and squeeze the pistons in tight before you do.

I had a stuck vw caliper once that would not bleed out no matter what you did to it.Did you ever try swapping the 2 master cylinders around. (clutch and brake). And see what the difference makes. Are you using any ROTTEN rubber hoses. They break down in side and make a natural check valve. You mash the brake and you say, "yaaa i got good brakes" becuse they hold a little back pressure and balloon inside. Then later as the flow relieves slowly you have alot of travel to make up. But most of the time rotten hoses don't relieve at all and make a grabby brake.

Maybe those front hoses are playing games with your fluid?Just a wild guess.

You got 4 wheel brakes, unbraided rubber hoses, marginal wheel bearings. Too much workin against ya. Try eliminating front brakes from system . Will at least narrow your problem down. You would like them much better in the woods on a seperate hand brake handle anyways. Usually need a propotioning valve (or similiar) to make good use of all four on the foot pedal. in the woods anyways.

Well i got them working better than ever its crazy how good they work. Went to drews off road and got all new bearings, master cylinder, proportioning valve for the front breaks and a residual valve fore the rears. I went from a 3/4 master cylinder to a 7/8. Got everything in last night and took it to haspin acres for a test run today and now they feel better than they ever have since i got the buggy. :D :D :

Thanks everyone for the help thank god for woodsbuggy.com . :D

Smaller the better bore on master cyl. Go bigger if you have big calipers or 4 brakes that require more volume.(such as your wilwoods)You did good.Glad to see you lay rubber.I was thinking you had good brakes at one time .
